The Notary Public holds a PhD in “New Trends in Private Law” from the University of Salamanca (USAL), Spain (2013);

She holds a Master’s Degree in Civil Law Sciences from the School of Law of Coimbra University (2005);

Postgraduate degree in Human Rights Law by the Ius Gentium Conimbrigae, School of Law of Coimbra University (2004);

Postgraduate degree in Civil Liability and Consumer Law by the Curitiba Law School, Brazil (2001);

Degree in Law by the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná – BR (2001).

She has worked as a notary since March 2016 and has her Notary Office in Sintra since January 2017.

She is an invited professor at CENOR – Centre for Notary and Registrar Studies, of the School of Law of Coimbra University in the Postgraduate course in Notary and Registrar Law.

She has worked as a lawyer, taught Law at the Campo Real Faculties (BR); researcher and scholar of the European Union in the RTN – Fundamental Rights and Private Law; Law professor and coordinator of the Law Degree at Faneesp University (BR); researcher and scholar of FCT – Foundation of Science and Technology, Portuguese Ministry of Education.

She has published the following books:
