1 – The following are inserted in the instrument they relate to:
a) The demise of the testator or the donor;
b) The instruments revoking or renouncing a power of attorney;
c) The communications and publications set out in articles 87, 100 and 101;
d) Judicial decisions voiding or annulling notarial acts, notarial decisions revalidating the same acts and judicial decisions handed down in the lawsuits referred to in articles 87 and 101, as well as the mention that any defect in the act has been cured;
e) Decisions in appeals filed in notarial revalidation procedures;
f) The restitution of a deposited will;
g) The notarial acts that involve the acceptance, ratification, correction, addendum or revocation of a prior act.
