Merger corresponds to the combination of two or more companies, including different types of company, into a single company.
It is necessary for some or perhaps all of the companies to disappear in order to create the new entity and it is necessary that the personal element of the merged companies form the personal element of the final business entity.
The types are: merger by acquisition or simple merger.
