Associations correspond to legal persons under the general law, constituted by a plural number of individuals grouped together in the pursuit of a common interest to all or to third parties, that can be altruistic or economic, but not for profit.
The different acts and their formation, by-laws and any amendments must be performed by public deed, without prejudice to that set out in special legislation.
