A contract whereby one person transfers to another a certain sum of money, or any other movable or real property, or a right, and the latter undertakes to pay a certain amount of money or another fungible thing during the lifetime of the transferor or a third party.
If the thing or right being transferred is worth EUR 25,000 or more, the annuity must be constituted by a public deed or authenticated private document.
