The purpose of the company register is to publicise the legal standing of individual traders, companies and civil enterprises under commercial structure, as well as individual establishments with limited liability, seeking to ensure to the security of legal commerce.

At the João Maia Rodrigues and Diovana Barbieri Notary Office, companies and individuals can register all commercial acts subject to registration, such as:

  • Incorporation of companies;
  • Transfer and unification of shares;
  • Share capital increase or reduction;
  • Change of registered office;
  • Appointment of managers;
  • Resignation or dismissal of managers;
  • Dissolution and liquidation of a company.
