Degree in Law from the School of Law of Coimbra University (1998);

He has worked as a Notary since 14 February 2005 and has his Notary Office in Lisbon since that date;

He was Chairman of the Portuguese Chamber of Notaries; Member of the Board of Directors of the Council of the Notariats of the European Union; Member of the Notary Council; President of the Lisbon and Islands Regional Delegation of the Portuguese Chamber of Notaries; Member of the Supervisory, Disciplinary and Ethics Council of the Portuguese Chamber of Notaries;

A speaker at various Conferences, Courses and Lectures, he has published several articles on Law in general and the Notarial profession in particular, whose topics and titles are specified below.
