Early inheritance

The early inheritance is a complex agreement based on one or more gifts between living persons, with or without reservation of usufruct, of all or part of the proprietors’ assets, to the benefit of one or more, or all of the presumptive lawful heirs, with the consent of the others, and the beneficiaries of the gifts pay or undertake to pay those others the proportional value they would be entitled to with regard to the gifts (art. 2029 of the Civil Code).
