Irrevocable power of attorney

A power of attorney is irrevocable when it is also issued in the interests of the attorney or of a third party. It can only be revoked with the consent of the party in interest or in the event of cause.

They are executed by public instrument which expressly mentions this fact, are registered in the books and filed at the notary office.

If they grant powers to transfer real property, they are also registered on the website www.procuraçõesonline.mj.pt.
