Wills

A will is a personal, secret and unilateral instrument, that can be revoked, by means of which a person determines the disposition of all or part of their assets after death.

Dispositions that are unrelated to property are also admissible, such as: voluntary affiliation, designation of a guardian, revoking a former will and appointment of an executor.

The standard forms are the public will, the international will and the sealed will.
