Usufruct

Usufruct is the right to temporarily use and enjoy, in full, someone else’s thing or right, without altering its form or substance (art. 1439 of the Civil Code).

It can be constituted by contract, will, usucaption or by virtue of a legal provision.

Through the constitution of a right of usufruct, the owner of the property retains ownership of the asset and transfers the right to enjoy the movable or real property to the usufructuary.

The João Maia Rodrigues and Diovana Barbieri Notary Office can draft your deed to constitute the right of usufruct and proceeds to its registration.
